Brewers spend a lot of time cleaning - the last thing you want to do after a brew day. So we rethought mobile CIP system to get the job done faster and better than any system out there. Standard cip cleaning system heat the caustic in the CIP tank, then pump the heated caustic into the tank to be cleaned. As the caustic is recaptured in the CIP tank, the temperature of the caustic will rapidly decrease below the manufacturer's specifications, no longer providing the cleaning power to get the job done.
ZJ's innovative in-line heating tube heats the caustic to the set temperature during circulation, ensuring the temps never drop below their functional limits.
After the caustic rinse, the sanitizer pump kicks in to rinse and recirculate your brew tank.

Our CIP cleaning trolley has wheels and control devices, which is more conducive to cleaning the entire set of brewing equipment. Let me take the cleaning of the fermentation tank as an example to explain how to use our cleaning trolley.
- First, washing with tap water for about 15 minutes to wash away sediment remaining in the fermenter.
- Washing the inside of the fermentation tank with hot alkaline water at 45-50°, and circulate for 15 minutes.
- Washing the fermenter with warm water again until the water from the discharged outlet is not slippery.
- Finally, washing the fermentation tank with hydrogen peroxide for about 15 minutes, and then recover it or discharge it directly into the drain.
